It can be symptom of the inflammatory breast cancer. This type of cancer is dangerous because it can hardly be detected by mammogram or your own self-inspection.

2. Absense of breast size changes during menstrual cycle/sudden size increase
Both sudden increase or no changes during menstration can be evidence of breast cancer. Swollen and high-sensitive breast are usual in this period but if they are suddenly not you should see a doctor.

3. Flattened or twisted nipple(s)
If you have no inverted, flattened or twisted nipples from your birth it could be sign of a danger.

4. Hot breast by touch
Usually breast is warm but not hot. If the breast is hot it can be mark of inflammatory breast cancer (above).

5. Itchy breast or nipples.
Both those, itchy breast and itchy nipples are symptoms of breast cancer.
